Shelly will go over your medical history and discuss expectations for your session. You will be made as comfortable as possible. You will be given privacy to disrobe to your level of comfort and will be draped appropriately during the session. Soothing music will play and the therapist will only speak to ask about your comfort.

Shelly has experience in various bodywork and energy work modalities. She has worked in both spa and clinical settings in Columbus, Grandview and Dublin. She can do light touch to very deep touch and can alter the massage to fit your preference and therapeutic needs. If you have been referred by a Physician, Shelly can address your specific condition and adjust the treatment accordingly. Just for relaxation and stress relief or pain reduction, this is the place to be. Shelly offers flexible hours and a convenient location.

Portability is also important in this day and age. Shelly is available to come to your home or office to do massage. She has done massage parties such as "Girls Night Out", bridal showers, spa days, employee incentives, etc. She can do Health fairs, trade shows and expos. Both table and chair massage available.
